June Ministry Update!

 Hello there! 

Just checking in for the month! June was solid. The summer is slower with ministry, because a bulk of our students are home with their families for the Summer. But, we stay busy with making connections for ministry partnership and getting time with the students who are in town! 

Instead of having a weekly fellowship with UTD specifically, our campuses utilize the summer having less students and we combine to do a service all together! UTD, UNT, UTA, Collin College, SMU, TCU... we all meet up for a weekly, combined fellowship. It really is so sweet and fun to connect with people from different campuses, not to mention seeing my friends who are campus pastors at the other campuses more regularly :) 

We are also in the process of planning for next school year! Having conversations with potential student leaders, planning our events for Weeks of Welcome in August, brainstorming if how we do things is still the way we want to do them... and more. The Summer still has much to offer and much to do, but it is also a slower time for us to rest and be spiritually, mentally, and physically prepared for the busyness that August brings! 

Please pray for our potential students leaders and those conversations, for discernment as our campus pastors debrief last year and make plans for the next, and for us to be rejuvenated and ready to be back on campus in August!
